The woody woodfired oven

           

 

The woody woodfired oven is the first 2 storey oven of its kind in the world.The inside of the oven has an upper level which comes with a baking rack, which is big enough to fit 4 baking trays in, so now its possible to cook roasts, veggies, fish and plenty of other dishes while still being able to cook on the bottom level at the same time.

This oven is spectacular for catering for a large numbers of guests and the taste is absolutely sensational and the meat is unbelievably tender, there really is nothing that surpasses the taste of meat cooked in this way.
